Kerry Goelzer, Principal
Kerry Goelzer has over 30 years of professional experience guiding a wide variety of projects from initial design through construction. In addition to park facilities, adaptive reuse of historic buildings, community centers and educational facilities, she has designed childcare facilities, religious facilities, housing for elderly, and creative adaptive reuse of university structures. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, attuned to sustainability concerns.
Kerry Goelzer is recognized for her thorough analysis of a project’s issues, and for careful attention to detail. These qualities have contributed to her success at developing long term relationships with her clients and professional associates. Kerry Goelzer volunteers her time as a docent and author of architectural tours sponsored by the AIA Houston and Preservation Houston. Her fascination with understanding the Houston urban landscape environment is evident in her professional and volunteer work.
